I was a relatively happy child. But at 18, life brought me anxiety and depression.
From then on, it became a struggle just to get through everyday life.

When I entered a stable relationship, things began to change for the better. But one day, it ended suddenly, leaving me devastated. Along with challenges at work and having no support system except for my father, I lost all sense of self-worth. Everything collapsed, and I truly thought it was over.

It was at the rock bottom of my life that I found the Gratitude app. From that moment, things slowly started to improve.

Through the vision board, I imagined a life where my needs were met. The daily quotes gave me a reason to wake up each day with hope. One particular quote about changing your thought process was especially helpful.

Today, I focus more on what I have than on what I do not. And even for the things I do not yet have, I have learned that life is a process. It requires patience rather than impulsiveness.

My ability to connect with and understand people has improved. I have also learned to reflect on my mistakes, not with guilt or shame, but with the intention to grow. Reading the daily quotes sparked a new love for books in me too.

Life, although still uncertain, feels far more manageable now. With a better mindset, reduced stress, and less anxiety, I am learning to embrace the simple joys: pets, books, and small improvements at work.

I have come to realize that peace is within us. It comes from acceptance and faith. And it can exist independently of our circumstances if we choose to believe in ourselves and in the Universe, trusting that it is always working for our highest good and guiding us toward our destiny.
